WHAT TO EXPECT::

Intake: Your therapist will bring a health history form to the initial appointment or you may download and print one from the website. Once you have downloaded the form you may fill it in using Microsoft Word, and then may submit it electronically by clicking "Submit My Health Form".

Professional Standards: During your massage the utmost professionalism will be present. You will be draped with a sheet and or towels at all times, except for the area of your body being worked. Clients are to be aware that at no time will the breasts or genitals be uncovered. Any sexual advances will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment due.

Comfort and Pressure: It is important to notify your therapist about preference of pressure during your massage, and if you would like more or less pressure at anytime. If you feel unusual pain, discomfort or illness please inform your therapist.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is set aside especially for you! We attempt to accommodate all of our clients and take pride in arriving on time. We do understand things come up; if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as early as possible. Failure to reschedule or cancel by phone within 24 hours of you appointment will result in a fee of the scheduled service. If using a gift card the amount will be deducted from it upon the late cancellation. If road conditions are unsafe due to bad or severe weather, and either the therapist or client wishes to reschedule after the 24 hour period, no amount will be deducted and the appointment will be rescheduled for the next available time.
